Operations Supervisor Donny Rhea has 20+ of experience in construction materials testing, and has worked on just about every major construction project in the Texarkana area. Rhea’s certifications include ICC, ACI, TX-DOT, ACI, Troxler Nuclear Gauge Safety Training, and CTTP certification in Basic Aggregates, Soils and Concrete.
