Integrating Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Compliance Efforts: During this session we will discuss both the unique and overlapping requirements associated with the Federal Oil Pollution Prevention requirements under 40 CRF Part 112 and the State requirements under the North Dakota Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NDPDES) permits. The intent is to provide guidance on how to reduce both paperwork and the associated headache while maintaining compliance with both regulations.

Construction Site Spills and Managing Contaminated Soils:During this 会话we will discuss how contaminated materials (either encountered in the subsurface or generated by a new spill) will impact your construction stormwater and dewatering permits. We’ll also touch on proper notification, disposal procedures, and worker safety concerns to avoid making the problem worse.
